Michael's journey as an Independent Mortgage Advisor began in November 2014, driven by his passion for assisting individuals and families on their path to homeownership. With a strong focus on personalised service and a commitment to understanding his clients' unique needs, he quickly established a loyal client base that valued his expert guidance.
Bolstered by the success of his independent practice and driven by an ambition to expand his impact, Michael founded Prowse Financial Services in 2019. As the company's Director, he brought with him a wealth of experience and a client-centric approach that has set the foundation for the firm's success. Michael's proficiency spans a wide spectrum of mortgage solutions. His expertise encompasses residential mortgages, buy-to-let investments, specialised mortgages tailored to unique circumstances, and bridging finance. Ella's career in the mortgage industry began in 2015 as an Administrator, where she quickly demonstrated her aptitude for detail-oriented tasks and exceptional organizational skills. Joining us in 2020, her passion for the financial world led her to pursue her professional qualifications as Mortgage Advisor. Through hard work and dedication, Ella passed her qualifications, proving her proficiency in guiding clients through the mortgage process.
While Ella excelled as a Mortgage Advisor, she recognised the opportunity to contribute to the company in a broader capacity. Taking a step back from broking, Ella embraced the role of Operations Manager at Prowse Financial Services. In this new role, she skillfully oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Ella remains actively involved with her existing client base, maintaining her commitment to providing excellent service.
